Terms of Service
Plain English, no fine-print games. This is the deal when you subscribe to MyLeadBuddy.

1. What you're buying
A website subscription: we design, build, host, and maintain a custom website for your business, including a lead-capture form and email lead alerts, for a flat monthly fee (currently $97/month unless we agree otherwise in writing). There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.
2. Billing & cancellation
Billing is monthly through Stripe, starting the day you sign up. You can cancel anytime — your website stays live through the end of the period you've paid for, then comes down. No cancellation fees, no questions asked (though we'll probably ask what we could have done better).
3. What you own
Always and forever, whether you stay or go: your domain name, your logo, your photos and images, the information about your business (services, hours, story), your customer reviews, and every lead your website captures. If you cancel, we'll send you a copy of your content on request, and your domain points wherever you tell it to.
4. What we own
The website itself — the design, layout, code, and structure we created — belongs to MyLeadBuddy. While you subscribe, you have full use of it. This is how we can afford to build you a custom site with no upfront fee.
5. Want to own the website outright?
Anytime, you can buy your website outright for $2,997 — or $1,997 after 12 paid months. You get the complete site code to host anywhere you like, plus our help pointing your domain at the new host. One note: licenses for third-party assets (stock images, fonts) may not transfer — you're responsible for re-licensing those if needed, and we'll tell you exactly which ones they are.
6. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the content you give us (photos, logos, text, reviews) is yours to use, and that your business information is accurate. We'll never knowingly publish something misleading on your behalf, and we may decline content that's unlawful or infringing.
7. Our portfolio
We may showcase the website we build for you (screenshots and a link) in our portfolio and marketing. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we'll take it out.
8. What we don't promise
We build websites designed to capture leads and to be readable by Google and AI search tools — and we stand behind that work. But we can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or lead volumes; nobody honestly can. Our total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
9. The boring-but-necessary part
We may update these terms; if we do, we'll post the new version here with a new date, and material changes get an email heads-up. These terms are governed by Colorado law. Questions? Call or text (720) 799-0993 or email willy@myleadbuddy.com — you'll get a human.
